About this Event
Integrated care is no longer an idea—it’s an effective strategy for improving outcomes and reducing costs, particularly for individuals with co-occurring behavioral and physical health conditions. Over the past decade, evidence has shown that coordinated care models can drive better clinical results, enhance access, lower total cost of care, and improve patient experience.1
Cathy Gilbert, formerly Vice President II, Network Development at Magellan Healthcare Inc., and Christy Dye, formerly Chief Business Development Officer, Health Current, (division of Contexture) joined this webinar to explore the evolution of integrated care and its impact on individuals with complex needs, including serious mental illness (SMI).
Designed for health plan executives and policymakers, this session provides a deeper understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in integrated care.
