About this Event
Technology is evolving rapidly, and in the context of care for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), these advancements offer powerful solutions to some of the field’s most persistent challenges. From closing care gaps and improving access, to enabling remote monitoring and driving treatment adherence, innovation is reshaping the future of behavioral health.1
Steven Remillard, Manager, Market Policy, at Highmark, a Blue Cross Blue Shield-affiliated organization, and Sharon Hicks, MBA, MSW, former Chief Operating Officer for Community Care Behavioral Health, UPMC’s managed behavioral health organization, held a strategic discussion on the technologies that are already transforming care, and those with the highest potential to impact outcomes and cost, for the SMI population.
Designed for executive-level health plan decision-makers and policymakers, this webinar examined the intersection of digital health solutions, improved care coordination, and cost containment strategies for high-acuity populations.
