The Integration Advantage – Emerging Care Models For Complex Behavioral & Physical Health Needs
September 30, 2025 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Integrated care is no longer an idea—it’s an effective strategy for improving outcomes and reducing costs, particularly for individuals with co-occurring behavioral and physical health conditions. Over the past decade, evidence has shown that coordinated care models can drive better clinical results, enhance access, lower total cost of care, and improve patient experience.1
Join Cathy Gilbert, formerly Vice President II, Network Development at Magellan Healthcare Inc., and Christy Dye, formerly Chief Executive Officer, Partners In Recovery, an integrated provider organization in Phoenix, Arizona for this complimentary executive-level webinar examining the evolution of integrated care and its impact on individuals with complex needs, including serious mental illness (SMI).
Designed for health plan executives and policymakers, this session will provide a deeper understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in integrated care.
Learning Objectives:
- Discover how integrated care can influence treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, coordination of services, and overall impact to healthcare cost.
- Examine different integration models for chronic complex behavioral health conditions and primary care, their clinical effectiveness, and how they increase access to care.
- Delve into case studies to identify key challenges and best practices in integrating primary care with chronic complex behavioral health services, as well as the impact of these models on health plan costs.
